AV - ANELBRAS® V-Ring for shaft (Inverted)
Reference code: AV12 - AV100ANELBRAS® V-rings have an inverted lug design for shafts requiring a smaller radial mounting height than the Anelbras retaining rings to DIN 471.
Specifications
They have a concentric geometry in relation to the center of the shaft to guarantee constant elastic deformation in the entire profile, however, substantially more balanced. Anelbras V-rings simultaneously transmit axial forces and serve as radial guides. They are designed in accordance with the principle of the curved beam of equal strength. The required recesses are each located on the groove side.
Applications:
- In designs with small radial mounting heights;
- For securing bearings and seals;
- Where visual appearance is a consideration;
- Where additional mating part clearance is required.
