FS - AneLox® constant section ring for shaft (compatible with DIN 471 groove)
Reference code: FS-013 / FS-300AneLox® Rings of the FS line do not have lugs lugs to interfere in many applications, serving as alternatives to DIN 471 rings ("A") or rings of two or more turns ("DNS" line). They are designed for applications on shafts with grooves according to DIN 471 dimensions.
Specifications
This is a popular choice of retaining ring configuration. Manufactured by coiling a flat wire with a rectangular profile, without special machining costs, the constant section rings have been specified for many years in the applications of the automotive and heavy equipment industries as a standard option for engineers.
This FS version was specifically designed to allow mounting on shafts that were dimensioned with grooves according to DIN 471, and are therefore compatible with the traditional DIN 471 rings, our "A" line.
They can be produced in several types of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloys and super alloys such as Inconel, among others.
By default they are produced and stored in stock in carbon steel and stainless steel options only.
